I saw my name mentioned here. So I will point out a few things(mainly addressing dilbert):
1) I stopped posting on the forums because there has been no new solutions since my post. No point repeating myself when the general suggestion has remained the same over the past few months.Does not mean my problem has subsided. I play less now.
You suggest that people can just cancel subscriptions. This is not a solution. DXP weekend clearly showed more people having this issue (or at least the reports increased by a significant %), so Jagex needs to address this issue. If this is indeed a security feature (which I call BS on as Jagex have lied in the past) , they need to change it to allow legitimate p[ayers to login.
You also pointed out that someone else might have used our IPs to login. I have verified with my ISP on multiple occasions, no such occurrences have happened.
2) You assume that this issue is triggered by hopping worlds. What if I told you I have faced this issue when logging in for the first time, when I trying to hop worlds ONCE? Or that I have gotten kicked out of the game randomly and not been able to login right after? And I know at least 2 other people who faced the same issue?
The problem is not necessarily with Jagex's security system, but that they are not helping players even after contacting them? You continue to suggest that we contact them individually, I have done so at least 5 times on various platforms with conflicting responses from Jagex Support that have done nothing to alleviate my issue.
3) I have followed all of Jagex's suggestions on what to do/what not to do once I get this bug ( Yes I will call it a bug), so please stop assuming that we are hopping too many times that is why this issue is happening. It isn't as simple, considering I have gotten kicked out of game for trying to hop ONCE.
Jagex need to own up to the fact that their security measure is locking out legit players and they need to act on it.
