5 days with this issue. I have change my IP adress and it work for less than 24 hours!! Break News: I STILL CAN'T LOG IN!!!

Dear Jagex, when are you think of returning my membership?
Oh, never? That's okay! I love pay for things that I don't use.

Seriously, you need do something. How can we keep playing like this????

White Angel, just rest assured that you are not the only Runescape who experience that glitch.

We are wishing for a fix for the longest time, for now the only workaround is to deliberately find a way to change your public IP. This can be done in a handful of means, like using a VPN, using mobile data or any alternative internet connection.

From what I have discovered over the past 2 days .... DO NOT HIT LOG OUT .... Just click go to lobby and mute rs (if you play with sound) ... I tried this yesterday .... I hit go to lobby and closed my laptop (which my laptop will shutdown) .. I got to work 4 hrs after that and was able to log in ... I did that again while I was at work .... and was able to log back in 3 hrs later ... I have been doing that today again and so far I'm still able to log in with no problems .. So again ... DO NOT HIT THE LOG OUT OPTION ... Hope this works for everyone else

I have done everything suggested in every thread and nothing works. Waiting hours in between attempts, using LAN, resetting router etc etc etc and I have reported it 20 times with ZERO response from JAGEX.

I have played this game for 18 years and NEVER had this happen until recently. The last 4 months it has be getting worse and worse.

Does not matter if I log to Lobby or I log out completely I will get this message over and over when I try to log back on.

We need to know if this is getting fixed or you just don't care about the game anymore.

If you are not going to fix it please let us know and we can all move on to a newer game
