So, its the beginning of dxp and what do I get for the 3rd time .. too many attempts. This one came fairly quickly from that last time. So very frustrating.

Yep, same problem for the last 13 hours. No mobile, no pc access. I've reset modem, computer, flushed DNS, full ipconfig trouble shooting,uninstalled/reinstalled runescape .exe. NO DICE. Ive submitted a ticket, no responses as of yet. Great to know the game im paying to play is taking this issue so seriously, please make some kind of announcement or something to at least acknowledge this is a known issue.

Not everybody is plotting to deceive, inveigle and obfuscate...

Cant log is in. 'too many attempts' etc. What is going on? Fix this. Tried 3 times today over 15 hrs. Turned off computer for most of the day then reloaded back in. Same result.

it finally fixed itself after 7 fing hours... and now it's doing it again....

Jagex is still silent with how many accounts are regularly being affected by this issue.

I think opening-up a transparent communication line is a better approach. Given that many affected are members, they basically spending their membership time unable to login.

I am on day two of not being able to log in. "too many log in attempts, wait five minutes and try again". I have refreshed browser. Deleted launcher and re-installed. I have changed my password. These are the things i have heard people recommend. And yes i wait five minutes or much more and try again... no good. Any idea when this might be solved? Im losing my dxp time ! and two days of keys and the maw! help!

I do not understand, I read some Mods explanation... saying that this is to protect jagex from illegitimate players.....??? my fees are paid? I have never used anything to do anything illegal in game or against the rules. Why is my account being blocked and is it for forever? why?? I look under account status... not even one single complaint of anything!
