FOUND A FIX: reset computer and do updates, then turn off all vpns, also i used cntrl, alt, delete then wen onto processes and ended the task of the vpn and whala

Soooo, got the message again. Will Jagex give a refund for the people not able to log in since they obviously aren't doing anything about it? And it's a false error message anyway, it only blocks 1 account and from every ip address.

If this isn't a bug, then Jagex needs to refund the people who can't play because of it. If it is a bug, then they should start looking for a way to fix it.
