After doing this all of my entire junior/senior year I never did result in any abs, but to this day I still have muscle memory. I'm able to flex due to this, but because of my bf% I'm unable to ever see it, again it's definitely as you say...diet diet diet.

I do have muscle memory too lol, for my abs. Oops!

Other than that, even though BF% may be too high, you could always feel there is a 6-pack under all the fat. That's all it matters really, just get your girlfriend to touch your tightened stomach and she will believe you ;)

depends on the protein in your shake.. my shakes are 40 grams a shake so i actually only need 2
rest of the protein i take is in my food and comes down to perfect amount

i take 1.5-2 gram of protein per kg of lean mass spread over the day cause your body wont store large volumes at once you will just pee it out if you dont spread it.

protein you need depends on how much u workout / how much you weigh.. how much is in your shakes/food then just calculate all that :P

Btw, I've been trying to lose a few kg of fat before getting back into weightlifting, haven't really been working out for over 2 years now. Does anyone know a diet plan that works? I've just been cutting down on calories and sugar basically, but that's about it. Any suggestions would be nice :)

I run for 30 minutes a day and do some other excercises as well too.

Spotting does make the world of difference and it is an art.

Also, spotters who keep their hands floating under the bar as you bench can go away. I am trying to focus, and all I can see are your hands blocking my vision.

I can imagine that being annoying, although I would recommend it when either going for a max, or when handling heavy sets. (On these heavy sets only when you see the last reps are going difficult)

Another point is that most people don't really understand what a spotter is for.
A lot of people think a spotter helps you lift the weight on your sets, while in reality
a spotter is someone who is there, NOT helping you, but ready to catch you if it would be needed. They don't touch you or the weight.

A true and objective definition of a spotter, I don't see the Bro Science.
If you have nothing to contribute, why stick around?

As far as your "Bro Science" goes, people are free to try out what they want,
often shared by others who are willing to help.
If something works for someone and they're willing to share it, why not let them?
It might help others, or it might not.

No broscience here at all - I would love to see how heavy your lifts are and your overall physique, given your passive outburst.

The comments we had on spotters are pretty spot on and you can't call that broscience at all. The other two posts you quoted were questions, not broscience stated as fact.

I used the Misc for a long time so have a good bullshit radar when it comes to BBing, so trust me when I say I know when broscience is being spouted.

Coin, I added you!
Again, nether.

If IIIWizardIII previous name was ZamorakBrew, you don't have to worry at all. I remember his picture in HLF IRL.
