Started my new job, so now haven't much time for gym. Have to cram it in around 5pm-6.15pm, when it's packed at my gym sadly. However, did the 4x4 for squats y'day with 130kg. Easy, will up to 132.5 next week!

But..but... there's always time for gym!

Of course, I always make time for the gym. In all fairness I'm only at work for 8 hours, though travel bumps it up to around 9. I find it harder to fit in the eating more than anything, as I want to avoid eating junk.
