I do a whole mix of stuff:
Monday - Cardio
Tuesday - BodyPump
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - swim
Friday - PT session
Saturday - BodyPump/Yoga
Sunday - gym program - mixing weights/cardio
My gym program often has tabata/HIIT and I have found them great for increasing my fitness levels. Yoga I love with a passion, but the BodyPump (lots of reps of weights to music) is the class I now hate to miss. I would do Kettlecise too if I could fit it in.
My diet is becoming more and more plant based too, focusing on a high nutrient to calorie ratio.
