When someone changes there name, and it shows as there previous name, you must wait a month till it is free. The owner of the name can also take it back before it is free, so goodluck getting it :)

Bond redemption was not affected - the cooldown timer on your account was reset. However, as clearly stated in the news-post, the names were only available to those with <1000 total level*
