Is the name Dante taken? I looked it up on high scores, adventure log and it says no player found/doesn't exist? Also adventure log says nonmember and I know the player was gone from runescape for a while freeing it up?

Bond redemption was not affected - the cooldown timer on your account was reset. However, as clearly stated in the news-post, the names were only available to those with <1000 total level.
