Once the 24 hours have passed all members will be able to have a go. Bond redemption will not be restricted based on level.

exactly y i bought 2 bonds and had just used 1 minutes b4 the time to change name happened

Is there a reason why certain names do not show up on the hiscores, but were not released? I had 4 names that I wanted to try and pick from, but none were released and t hey are all missing from the hiscores.
