It's a great idea, however they'd be busted for false advertising as this was not promised when they promoted the premium memberships. It's now discontinued so not everyone would have the option to buy it for the benefit of the namechange update.

I was not online and was trying to change name.

Being online on homepage doesnt count to that counter, i bet there were 150k+ ppl trying. 150k people requesting at the same time is basically DDoSing the change name feature.
