If it says that the name is taken and it's not on the hiscores, then I would presume that it must be someone who has no stats but still logs in once in a while in order to preserve their name.

Need a confirmation on why Dante isn't working please the website says error when I change it and unavailable in game I have no idea why and I have met the player a long time ago and his skills are high enough to be on the high scores and everything with his name searched says player not found? Help please? Is the name banned?

I would normally rage post about how I got the name I desired
x amount of times, and the only response I got on twitter was "sorry".
I realized that no matter how much the community disapproves of an update/problem/bug it will never be fixed 100%.
-One very disappointed customer.

ITT: Those that actually got a name change are happy and telling others off.

Those lied to with faulty wording and lack of clarification getting pummeled with hate and excuses.
