this was 5 seconds after the release of the names -.-
That's why you think of multiple names instead of just one cause then you just end up disappointed.

You need a certain level to appear on the hiscores.

Hi,

This line from the news post means that we were still allowing you to redeem bonds for "name changes" but you won't be allowed to use that "name change" unless you had 1k levels in either RS3 or OSRS. Thanks
