Unable to change my name. Every time I try it says 404- Not found, and has been doing this since 8:00AM EST. No, I am not logged into the game nor do I have any other applications open.

Thanks you so much, after getting "server is very very busy" like 20 times, the name I wanted is now unavailable.

That's great. It wasn't every single time before that, but your busy servers kept me from getting it. Super ******* awesome.
