Of course. If you've changed your name recently and are in cooldown, you can still redeem a bond to change your name early as long as your level is over 1000. If you're not in cooldown, you can do it without spending a bond (again, as long as your level is over 1000) :) Retired from RS3. Trying out OSRS. Hello, if you have changed your name in the last month then yes you will need to use a bond to change your Hero name as your name change cooldown has to expire or just use a bond to change it asap.
