Well he basically sent out a note giving everyone an ultimatum: confirm by Thursday evening that you are willing to give up your lives and free time to become a company peon with no rights, or leave.

Not surprisingly, a lot of people chose to leave.

Really odd thing to do, closing the office... I wonder what the real reason is?
All the people that walked after the ultimatum could explain it I guess but surely there's a lot more that stayed?

I deleted my account weeks ago and to be honest I don't really need a replacement, it's something I rarely used.
