Yes, but besides this they can't get rid of it (and I think it shouldn't matter whether they purchase membership or something else - afaik using a bond also won't lift it currently, it shouldn't matter if they'd directly paid for it or used something someone else had to pay for) - and I also think pure free players should be able to lift this restriction with either veterancy (as all account created before the limit was re-implemented also haven't this) or simply dedication (1250 levels and quest points isn't something every pure free player would achieve). For reasons of protection against bots they should put some effort in it, but at least they should be able to obtain this perk

True, I think directly buying Runecoins or keys should also count.
For pures I would also add completion of all f2p quests as a requirement. Just like the comp cape the perk will be taken away whenever a new quest comes out, in
addition
to total level 1250.
Remove TH, and put stuff from TH to Solomon's store as guarantees. No disappointment to the average player who only uses free keys which yield trash, and those who do buy into MTX can have a clear idea what the thing they want is going to cost them.

I think a sum of 1250 levels and quest points (I added that part as I feel that questing should matter, adding weight, but yet not be solely deciding - it should encourage using a multitude of content) already is a quite strict requirement for free players, that also won't get that much easier over time (sure they will get a new quest every now and then or a new skill to gain a few free levels (albeit I still hope for a fletching change in there), so I do not think this addition would be needed.
I also think a one time unlock is more than adequate when seeing players simply could buy something (and if they don't want to spent real life currency they even could do with an amount of coins that is easier to obtain than that level requirement (or even will come by itself with economical skilling))

Full support. Much of this has been asked for so repeatedly over the years I'd long since given up. But the Ninjas have earned my full respect a few times over now, on similar, albeit smaller releases, so maybe it's finally time.
Maybe a few other oddballs:
- Make Divine Trees need Divination Level 3-5. This would complete F2P's access to the basic Divine Locations (crayfish, bronze rock, kebbit burrow ... F2P gets hunter but now wc?)
- Make the Common Kebbit Fur F2P accessible.
now F2P can sell to general stores or alc the basic fur
- Make Bronze to Rune Spears F2P
I'm not sure how much overall support there'd be for this. But would give F2P one more melee 2h option.
- Divine trees would be included in an extended trial for membership skills so I wouldn't add this change additionally
- Common kebbit fur is a fair addition, added to the list
- Spears are actually also a good catch, but I am somewhat unsure how to properbly include them into f2p as they're heavily woven in p2p content (barbarian training, karamja,...) - smithing won't be an option due to this, simple trading wouldn't make them available to ironmen, but I guess it could be done with some drop adjustments - maybe rune spears being dropped by the KBD

I support most of the suggestions,i am pleasantly surprised by your help on making F2p great again
as for other ideas-i would suggest areas for higher lvled free players (as me):
- skilling areas similar to Priff and Menaphos
- Gwdlike area for higher lvled players (at least 80+ stats ),with increased chacne of getting rdt items
-Quest for access of these above suggestions (70+ lvls needed in various skills,such as crafting,mining,smithing,prayer,dungeoneering)
-new armour which needs at least 75 def (tier 75),with stats similar or closer to Gwd ones (rune armour is very outdated,a lvl 65 can have rune armour),armour could be augmentable even to better armour if u 90+ def with help of a friend member
Armour is a drop from above bosses/new high lvl Npcs
-last boost to bank space.Giant mole and Kbd was a welcome change,but with dueal wield,valentine items and such u need more bank space,need gets higher when u merch
Maybe 50 more spaces will be wise.
