I'd be more than happy to help people with clues, and (If ur in a clan) i'm sure they would help people too.

It should be similar to pvm, where it has a skill cap. And once u overcome that skillcap u can move onto the next level. (It becomes muscle memory)
I feel like having Alt1 bypasses the skill cap for clues, and removes the need for muscle memory / learning ) It's getting to the point where people will want something for a high lvl bosses too.

???

Why should everything be the same? That makes 0 sense.

If everything was the same the game wouldnt be unique so theres something to be had in diversity.

So the only thing i see alt1 "removing" is the need for ppl to waste money on skip tickets.

Plus whos to say once ppl do get the hang of puzzles via alt1, they some day wont decide to try it w/o it?

Thus you could say alt1 does help with learning.

@Nex is Life,

Your post has been removed, as the feedback you supplied was not constructive at all and could even be considered offensive to some players. It is fine if you think that the puzzles are simple as is, but there are other nicer ways to voice that opinion. Please refrain from posting something similar in the future.

@Takru,
Since you quoted Nex, I've had to hide your post as well. There was nothing else wrong with your post :)

Nope youve said all this thread that if ppl cant complete puzzles in clues the only choice they have to is buy skip tickets.

What if ppl dont want to buy skips though as they are expensive?

If tickets are too expensive, why not ask for them to become more common rewards so their prices drop to something more reasonable? People would definitively start using them more, just like portables that have dropped in price drastically since their introduction.

The introduction of skip tickets seems to hint that Jagex knows some puzzles are hard and give people a way to skip those they find too difficult on a way that isn't in any grey area whatsoever that the playerbase can't get to agree on where to draw the line.

You havent given any other alternative.

So what you're saying is that if ppl cbb to buy tickets, they shouldnt do clues thus "forcing" them to buy tickets.

Does everything need to have an alternative though? There's plenty of things that can be gotten through only one single way (quest rewards, non-tradeable boss drops, perks, superior POP armour etc). I don't see what's so bad about that.

You're against people suggesting quest skips (just like I am), and you say you dislike doing quests yourself, so where's the difference between you not supporting quest skips and supporting the use of third-party software that completely circumvents existing puzzle skips?

P.S.: if you find certain things on the Wiki not straight-forward or easy to understand, let us now (link in description), and we'll see what we can do to improve the unclear parts.

Yea thats so logical, i can understand why they are so high as they are useful.

I mean have you seen the response from portables dropping, not very good.

Thus i expect the same to happen from clues skips if they ever suffered the same fate.

Considering rs is a game of choice, you tell me.

I mean theres more than one way to take on bosses so why cant there be more than one way to do clues?

Why must ppl be forced to spend, and more often than not, waste money just to do them?

Yet you can "skip" quests by spacebarring through the dialogue.

Plus this thread isnt about quests so lets stick to the topic.
