Players with "normal" membeship (by whatever definition you have) simply are not entitled to have everything in Jagex games, for examples Premier Club, Iron man, Group Ironman, OSRS Leagues, FSW, etc. Jagex mods like Markos and Kieran already told us the reason. So why keep going back in circle.

Doesn't that answer the question now? That your normal membership does not include the premier track of the yak track. Therefore you need to either be a Premier member or buy the premier pass to benefit from the yak track.

Hence:

Does that mean as a paying
member,
but not a
premier member,
the player will receive no cosmetics from yak track at all?

You just answered this question: There is no cosmetics rewards for normal paying members. You need to be either an Premier member or buy the premier pass in order to benefit from the cosmetics this track.

You also can't get any of the Yak coins ( even the ones at tier 50) unless you buy the premier pass for it.

There are also "no" cosmetics rewards from Permier Club for "normal" RS3 members and no cosmetics GIM and Leagues rewards for "normal" OSRS players who don't pay extra membership for new accounts too. So what?

1- OSRS Leagues does not require any additional membership to get the rewards for it. You just need to play the league and unlock it. Play it on any account with membership ( nothing extra). Unless you really want to grind the rewards that have no value in the main game...

Since you decided to go off topic, it just means you have nothing further to add.

15 years old OSRS players still have to pay extra membership to make a new account to play FSW member worlds (sorry, I meant FSW not Leagues, and GIM too). There is no different than Premier Club. "Normal" members should have everything in RS3 and OSRS is just a total misconception.

We know "normal" membership doesn't give us access to ALL content in RS3 and OSRS long ago, not just in 2022. So what's the problem with "normal" members not getting some Yak Track rewards? It is not even RECENT GAME UPDATE. Yak Track has always been operating like this since its release.

In OSRS version of FSW, you can play it it as an F2P account and not need to give membership ( unlike the highly greedy RS3 side of FSW). The fact that your subscription does not pay for everything in a game is a huge disservice to players. Should never have to pay more just to get things when you are paying for membership already. I can understand if you are F2p and want it.. that's different

The problem is that this year the free track does not have access to any cosmetics, thus it is a recent game update. Besides this yak track is a recent game update... its not like we are playing on the one released last year.

Free players do get Ice Cube as a reward. They are also getting other cosmetics from the Oddments Store because they are getting Oddments in this Yak Track.

Besides, when it is a misconception "normal" members have access to ALL RS3 and OSRS content, why is it not a misconception that free players should always get cosmetics in every Yak Track?

Why do you ignore the extra membership charge from OSRS FSW member worlds that Mods Markos and Kieran made their defense? They clearly illustrated the point that "normal" membership isn't enough to cover extra cost for premier content. Same story in RS3's Yak Tracks among other Premier content.

TBH, I never cared about Yak Track.

It's just another way to encourage the FOMO crowd to buy bonds in order to skip their way through the grindfest and grab their goodies.

The free rewards are barely even worth claiming, aside from XP lamps.

Of course if players think there are GOODIES they can grab then they may consider buying skips or playing for them FREE.

That's the idea of getting players, even "normal" paying members, to pay EXTRA to access PREMIER GOODIES. If they want the extra REWARDS, Jagex expect us to pay EXTRA for RS3 and OSRS goodies.

Have you even seen what is offered on the free track? Sure, there are XP lamps and handfuls of oddments, but the rest is underwhelming at best, or straight up member trash. "Hey, nice job grinding for an entire hour! Here's a small cash bag!" WTF? O_o Except for one new pet at Tier 24, anything that could reasonably be deemed good is on the premium track.

Given that ordinary membership is not enough, and either premier membership or a premier pass is required for the good stuff, even if these players don't spend even more to buy bonds for skips, they still are not playing for them for free. When you have to pay, and pay, and pay again, you're not getting anything for free.

Obviously Jagex expects you lot to keep throwing money at them. They know they have you. That is the role of a cash cow. Slightly recolor an item and re-release it, and the herd will moo with excitement as they get to be milked yet again.

By the way, what's the deal with all the randomly capitalized words? Do you believe this somehow lends gravitas to your statements, or is it meant to distract from your house of cards argument collapsing under the weight of its flaws and holes? If I was talking with someone who kept randomly yelling words within otherwise normal speech, I would suspect they suffered from a head injury.

Of course we control when and what to spend on. We have 2 free skips every Yak Track. I save them up and only use them on GOODIES I want. Same with players who pay with real money. Why will they spend money if they aren't GOODIES?

The good thing about Jagex's monetization is they are all optional. Not everybody can or want to spend extra money on bonds, Yak Tracks, FSW or GIM etc, but none of these things are required for us to enjoy the key content of Jagex's games.
