The current Yak Track would be enticing if they at least put a few cosmetics under the free track. As it stands now, I'll just give it a pass.

Also, about your comment about Premier Club. Yes, it is great deal if you want to enjoy members' content all year round. However, to get the most out it you have to set time aside and now that I have a full-time job I just can't justify paying for it.

For the same price, I could waltz right into the GoG store and buy games during the Winter Sale. I could get at least a dozen titles that I can enjoy any time of the year and beyond. That's a better value proposition than Jagex's paltry content offering.

Free players actually have far more cosmetics to buy with this Yak Track as it gives a lot of Oddments and there are a lot of cosmetics in the Oddments Store.

You are free to choose the games you play. If you don't have time then perhaps MMORPGs are for you, especially the ones that you have to grind 10 times as much as RS3. Even so, you don't really have to spend much time doing Yak Track as you can just gain some xp with over 9,000 ways in RS3 every 3 minutes while you are watching TV or playing other games.

For players who have a full time job and don't have time to grind, aren't all the huge xp rewards from Yak Track a godsend to them?

You weren't even actively playing RS3 since Oct 8 anyway, how surprising you don't want to do an optional Yak Track?

Yak track has become tedious for members, grind for hours for a small cash bag or lamp. The old Yak tracks were much better. And spare me that only Premier members should get the nice rewards, I have been a member for over 15 years and I pay for my membership with $, not bonds. So while I might pay $20 less a year I feel that we should still get something better than what is offered to us. You say that Premiers should get the good stuff because they are paying for all the new developments. Well IMO the updates are lackluster compared to years ago. We get 4 Yak tracks & 4 dxp's now every year, and numerous rehashes of past events - collect tokens or papers or whatever and turn in for some crummy rewards. We haven't had a real holiday event in several years.

So yes I think this Yak track sucks. I have not completed 1 actual task, just skill/kill. It's not worth my time for the crappy rewards.

We are already getting much better benefits rewards in Premier Club subscription in RS3 than many other games, for instance, OSRS.

We don't have real holiday events in several years? How come I see all those April Fools, Valentine Days, Summer Beach events where other games, even OSRS, don't have?

No matter what you think of those RS3 Holiday Events, that RS3 Wiki enlisted, they are still events that give us rewards a lot of other games don't. They still give our Premier Club more value for RS3 than other games.

Had to spend 40m for the final smithing xp track 50. I see the repeatable task rewards yak coin but it's locked behind premier pass. You won jagex. You're getting my money for premier club 2023 just so I don't lose out on the yak coins. Yak trash indeed.

He bought Premier Club already, good to him Yak Tracks are free to him, and he has more benefits than players from other similar games. Win-win for him and RS3.
