Oh wait...the Tier 4 Luck buff will only be Tier 1 for F2P. Of course it will be.

This is the same buff my Ring of Luck provides all the time. How unimpressive.

Still, this does not change my intent to destroy all the useless purple presents. Perhaps I shall burn them up in a nice bonfire. That will be festively fun.

Ring of Luck is a Tier 1 luck enhancer, not Tier 4:

"The Ring of Luck is an enchanted lapis lazuli ring that, when worn, slightly increases the chances to receive certain unique drops and rewards that are affected by the luck mechanic. It is classified as a tier 1 luck enhancer, and it will not affect chances for drops and rewards in other luck tiers."

Tier 4 luck comes from Luck of the Dwarf or the elusive and fabled Hazelmere's Signet Ring, and member only Monlolith "Luck of the Dwarf" Relic Power, and they have always been member only content:

She already said that the ring of luck is the same as the tier 1 luck...

This is a Tier 4 Luck buff event, not Tier 1, hence it is obviously not meant for free players with Tier 1 ring. It has always been the same for Tier 4 luck buff events.

Well yes, as an ironman I'm delaying Dungeoneering until the last day of the event. It's not something they 'accidentally' missed because in the recent past they've been catering to ironman on various areas, new and existing content. There is no reason to lock the open option in members' servers only. They could change the rewards to not include members items.

TYVM for the most important point. Free player in 2023 are getting luck buffs in Christmas event they didn't get in 2022 Christmas. Good for RS3 free players.

Did Jagex serious screw over free players for a fourth time with another bogus Advent Calendar window showing an unclaimable purple present?!

Yes...yes they did.

No free key today.

:@

This is getting out of hand! Now there are two four of them!

And they did it again...

I guarantee we'll need two hands to count all the unavailable rewards in f2p by Christmas.

Free players get 18 free daily rewards in the RS3 2023 Christmas Advent Calendars, or three times (3x) as many as hands required to count all the unavailable rewards in f2p by Christmas.

I am glad my free player alts are getting 75% of rewards members get, while in other similar games we will absolutely require membership to participate in key events running through the entire Christmas Advent Calander (2023).
