I would say I would change the rules that got me in trouble for making a thread like this about fifteen years ago but this thread's existence tells me that change wouldn't be necessary.

Buy or merge with other companies perhaps?

I checked Jagex's recent Companies House filling and they seemed to have registered 5.7% more shares in March. They are also in the process of adopting Articles of Association that will give shareholders control over the Board and the Jagex's executives.

Some corporate actions will be interesting.

So the Jagex CEO (that's me in this thread) has signed off the Resolution to adopt the Articles finally after 21 long years of Jagex history.

This means the shareholders can direct me to take or not take any actions at their discretion.

This is a good thing though as it only makes me feel the urgency to do the right and fair things for my company - Jagex or else I know I can be a goner in a snap of their finger.

I will certainly try my best to put Jagex in the best hand for fair play and the government mandated Duty of Care to begin. :)

I would see that free players get more meaningful content more frequently. I would also release a VR compatible Runescape, it would encourage players to do what Runescape is about while providing a new perspective while they adventure!

Also I'd get Howard Shore to make some music because the LOTR soundtrack was awesome and rs needs that kind of talent.

I'll try to get more invitations from high profile national media to discussions like RS3 Mobile with The Washington Post.

It makes Jagex a lot more well known to the public when they are on national news with AAA video game developers like Apple, Activision Blizzard and Riot.
