Given now Jagex has adopted the AoA and a bonus incentive program, I'll grant my valuable and productive fellow workers more opportunities to go out to the public to share the glorious days of Jagex ahead, so they get even more chances to shine with Jagex.

I'll reward them based bonus and perhaps Jagex shares on merit of their projects, and the positive image and publicity of Jagex they bring to the consumers.

@Autumn Elite

Your posts on this page have been removed for making accusations against and targeting an individual JMod. Your signature has been removed for the same reason.

(edit to add...) also removed someone else's post quoting you.

Ask the quest makers to finish some of the older quest series (how long are we waiting on Elemental Workshop V and a Gnome quest?)

Over 10 years for both.
Rest assured, still its a splendid idea and have my vote for it entirely, as communications have to be improved just as technical/developing improvements the jus has to come back so companies can show their interests.
'
Great idea

My first move would be to bring back DarkScape ;)

Yes!
However, if it was me, this wouldn't quite be my first move.
Because there was a reason it was shut down the first time. Not enough people were playing it.
And the reason why not wasn't hard to see: the people aware of DarkScape were existing RuneScape players. And even if DarkScape was better and more fun... time spent playing it instead of regular RuneScape was xp waste from the perspective of many of them.
So what I would be doing is working on a way to bring DarkScape back, but instead of as a separate game, as something integrated into the standard game.
Integrated in a way, though, that doesn't make people afraid of playing DarkScape - one can lose XP in DarkScape, but not RuneScape XP would be the principle, despite the fact that one also gains RuneScape XP by doing stuff in DarkScape.
How can that be done without causing terrible imbalance?

I'll try to get more invitations from high profile national media to discussions like RS3 Mobile with The Washington Post.

It makes Jagex a lot more well known to the public when they are on national news with AAA video game developers like Apple, Activision Blizzard and Riot.
'
LOL ... lol lol lol
' ... Apple video-game Developers already had worked closely with Jagex/JMods before the '
Dark Ages
' had arrived and left because the arrival of these ages. :D :) ;)

Perhaps you just totally misread or misunderstood the Mobile industry report article from The Washington Post. Jmods aren't working with any of the companies, including Apple, engaged in the discussion. They are contributing on an independent basis.

The significance of such discussion is not on Jagex working with Apple or other Mobile companies or becoming one of them, but they are being considered as one of the prominent companies in the video gaming marketplace. This is going to help the general public to notice the presence of Jagex. It is far better than keep telling everybody something like "near 300 mil registered players" sort of meaningless gimmick.

Just stay focused on ARM - Acquisition, Retention and Monetisation as what Mod Pips is doing:

"ARM in the gaming world stands for “Acquisition, Retention and Monetisation” – of players. “I was fascinated by that,” says Mansell. “That’s the thing about gaming, it brings joy to people, but it’s a business too.
