^ I'm not too fond of copying things from one game to the other, but that joke I'd welcome with open arms.

Only that is was no job but monetization and business for Jagex. Actually OSRS copied RS3's lore based MTX idea. Alice has her own story too in case if you don't know.
No idea what that has to do with me accepting the James Bond joke in RS3.

But again, RS3 doesn't treat MTX as a "joke". They admit it and take it as an serious integral part of their business and content. The Jagex CEO had created Alice the Treasure Hunter princess and Solomon the djinni-out-of-an-ancient-lamp-like merchant with lore and in game dialogues for their serious business already. Then another CEO added Vic and Nic and their partnership story with Alice.
Why does the Jagex CEO have to add a "joke" when they can honestly admit MTX is an integral part of their business and create interesting lore and content with it?

I'm not sure what you're saying Dilbert
Pretty simple actually. Why not have James The Bond in RS3 too, but wait... we don't treat MTX as a "joke' in RS3. So if I am going to put James in RS3, I will also add Alice in the game. I will put all of them near Solomon just south of the GE.

If I were CEO, I would first get heavily organized and informed on how Jagex works together with their employees. I'll prioritize the vision for RS along with the core player base while budgeting for marketing campaigns. Creating systems for generating content ideas and effective working will be implemented immediately (aside from the free ideas provided on the forums of course). I would hire Realm Reaper for his premium ideas he doesn't share on the forums ASAP.
(lol)
All jokes aside, it's my life's purpose to come up with ideas for businesses regarding content or any other benefactor they have in mind but just can't quite put together. I've been looking into how to sell ideas, and it looks like I need a provisional patent for everything or make an NDA. I wish I could bypass the process with my foot in the door and use my creative skills without having all the required knowledge for legalities. I love Runescape, my vision is huge, my organizational skills are there, my creativeness is off the charts. I started drawing illusions because I wanted to test my ability. I drew a bunny that looks like a monster upside down and many other illusions. I love writing ideas. The CEO of InventRight said not to target my favorite company first though (in a youtube video, he didnt actually speak with me).
(as far as actual ideas for RS)
(without all the details of course)
I would begin integrating skills to work together to gain rewards (like using agility with thieving to steal chests but having to fight bosses in the process, things like that). I would retain the value of long-term RS players by not taking away the time they've put in by any form. I would continue to create systematic ways of generating content nearly effortlessly, just by following a process. (I've done it before I can do it again) (and again) (and again)
Feel free to contact me Jagex, you have my email, I would love to work with you guys.

Thanks. This is a lot clearer, I can see it now.
To be even clearer, my James The Bond will be wearing the proper James Bond gentlemen attire - nice suit and tie, and my Alice will be dressing up like a princess to match with the proper attire Solomin is wearing.
RS3 is serious business so RS3 NPCs are no street bums.
