Please make sure you've done a full system-scan of your computer for viruses and malware. Then, make sure that you've enabled a 2-factor authentication system on both your Runescape and email account (this is important).

I also advise changing your passwords.

Funmomy - I'm sorry for the heavy loss incurred. However the in-game report feature is your only option. The forums cannot be used to resolve this nor name and shame the said player.

khaleesi1 - It would be best to stick to your thread in Account Help forum to raise your issues. You are posting in a thread discussing player scams which is not on topic.

So many scams involve dropping your items. You'd think that common sense would make people think twice before dropping something valuable. Because of that, I've had this signature on my profile for quite some time now. It is sadly still necessary.
Never drop a valuable item.
