The player you name is not a current member of this clan and I have no authority over his actions. You should certainly report any in-game breach of Jagex rules using the Report tab.

Since discussion of the action of individual players is generally frowned upon on the forums, and since this does not relate to this clan specifically, I have now hidden your post.
