The council of the Wushanko Empire has spoken and expressed their opinions. A consensus was reach and thus our decision is as follows.

For the Proposal of Embassies and the attached Allied wars proposal, we officially declare our vote to this as
YES
. And as Astra stated, we too are open to modifying it if the community deems it necessary

For the Proposal of Joint Claims after much discussion, we officially declare our vote to this as
NO
.

I was apprehensive of this system at first. Having dealt heavily in the League of World 31 and it's collapse, I was seriously put off by the notion of a central authority placing rules on clans (that and the toxicity, of which I was shamefully a part of).

However, this seems like something more than I every could've expected, and I adore the idea of trading etc.

If I ever manage to devote time to RS again, this is one world I'd love to be part of.
