Inactive Clan Leaders thread is now up to date. On that note, it seems Jagex is unfortunately set in its ways and does not have the development resources or the opinion needed to implement a different inactive clan leader policy.
As such, I will leave this thread in the hands of anyone who would like to use it to express their opinions on the matter, but I've honestly lost hope any significant change ever happening. I will just be a part of leaderless clan's for the rest of RuneScape's existence if the clan owner's gain just 1 xp in a 12 month period.
