Thanks guys. You do have to pay 100k per ticket. However if what you say is true, I could make capping be an entrance ticket and if people want more chance of winning, they can buy more. Would that work?

Capping as a requirement would seem to be an okay alternative, as no in-game money or items are staked. If you do want a cash entry fee, then your best bet is to get a response from Mod Matthe (or other J-mod) before doing a raffle. As Lisaa mentioned, you could try the counting thread, however I would recommend the JMod Feedback thread, as that is more suited towards lengthier discussion.
