Mod Matthe has mentioned before that it's nice for record-keeping if you fill out the info again for your clan rather than only say "Please replace [rsn] with [rsn] as representatives for [clan]."

Hope everyone/anyone based in NZ is safe! I know several of my clan members are from New Zealand, and so many earthquakes have gone off today for them.
