It actually is not hard at all to recruit with this,
Just need the understanding with the prospective members that they can guest
in the clan and participate while waiting out the probation.

Except that very few people actually like the concept of the system, with it's multiple failings and no input from clan leaders - instead it was just a "oh here's an update we're sure you'll love!"

I liked it, and it didnt really cause us a issue, it did make people think about do i really want to join a clan. Also it was introduced if memory serves me correct for the clan cup games issues.
Basically seems we are going back to the old way, I think its a shame. I am with you on this one aaron
