Would it be possible to have Guests and people who recently joined the CC but were under probation count as visitors to the Citadel?

It will be greatly uplifting to see this! When the new system came it made recruiting more challenging. People in dead clans would have but then get lost in the 7 day wait.

This will mean recruiting will be more effective. Giving a better incentive to leave dead clans.

Guess they finally figured out this wasn't popular with clans & caused a lot of people to have to stay in clans they didn't like or feel left out in the cold as I said from day one! The only reason this was ever implemented seems again to be because of clan cups not because it would help ppl not hop clans. Either way doesn't matter but sad you put us thru so much having to explain again to people they needed to wait 7 days to join us, never had one person leave before this was implemented because they couldn't skill for the first week due to the probationary period and still haven't had anyone leave because of this. Luckily we have a lot of faithful people who joined anyways. Please think next time before implementing something to solve one problem. The goal is & has always been make RS more of a community, communities are families & families are clans and clans are like neighbors to each other.

I am pleased to see this update, not just for its substance but for what it represents in terms of feedback being received and acted upon. My clan hasn't had an issue with the update, but I know many have. I respect that and am glad Jagex is still looking at this with an eye on compromise and improvement for all interests.
