This is awesome !!!6!!!

At last our sacred goal of world domination can be achieved!

As a special thank you to Mod Matthe, I have decided to bestow upon you the status of "Honorary member of the Holy Corugian Empire".

This entitles you to use the famous !!!6!!! exclamation when and wherever you feel it is appropriate.

Very few have been granted this extraordinary privilege.
I failed to keep my New Year's resolution before I even made it.

Cut down the quote on the previous page a bit: Original message details are unavailable.
Example:

A: Been Clanless 5 days, then joined a new Clan. Can't cap till 2 more days.

B: Been Clanless for at least 7 days, then joined a new Clan. Can cap instantly.

In both cases, there is no Clan entry time restriction.

If possible, I feel this would be a perfect compromise to fuse the two probation systems.

I think the solution Mod Matthe proposed is the same or very similar to what I posted. I posted it as the irony on how they want to make a change that one of the players posted a year ago, but was ignored.

So......really stupid question here.

When this forum was having its "Probation riots" so to speak, a couple of people were removed from the forum due to their behavior, which was driven by their anger over the changes. Will you be looking at restoring access to CLF for some of these people if they request it?

No, those people's actions resulted in a permanent ban for their behaviour, not because of disagreeing with the change that was made. Their ban is permanent and they will not be giving the privilege of access to the CLF again.

I don't intend to argue about the subject , but there's a few things I'd like to say and ask....

1) Everyone around that point in time was getting very heated and angry. I understand some people went too far (resulting in their ban), but I'm sure even Jagex was getting frustrated and as a result dealt harsher punishments to those people than would normally have been applied.

2) As I recall in accordance to the rules, players are allowed to have multiple accounts and punishements from one account will not carry over to the other account, unless the other account was involved in the rulebreaking as well (Such as the transfer of illegal game gold). By this logic, people who were banned from CLF on their main account should be allowed to re-apply using a spare account, provided they can behave themselves. If they don't behave themselves, then it's considered circumventing a ban, but it's not circumventing it if they're behaving.

I know of an individual who was banned from CLF during the Probation Changes debacle. Since then, he's worked very hard to contribute to the RS community - taking a very active role in fansites and giving valuable information and help to players. In addition, he was and still is willing to help build a fansite designed to help clans that use CLF. I think that amount of commitment to the CLF even after his ban should amount to something. Furthermore, he's stated multiple times that, if allowed, he would give a sincere public apology on CLF for his actions.
