Vision
- To be the most sought after clan while providing new friendships, social communication, recognition, promotions, group activities, and teaching events that give the ultimate gaming experience.


Goal

To gain 40 new clan members by
12/01/2020
making our total clan amount of 300 clanmates




To achieve our Goal we are recruiting and re-aligning our Leadership team to ensure that we have the right leaders in the right roles while all of them living our Vision to achieve our Goal.

We are a social community with our roots in the fishing skill since 2006. It all started in Shilo as many great people fished there once upon a time and formed this community for fishers that grew to Catherby and the Fishing Guild. It was so prominent that W22 became the official Fishing Community for all players. As the game progressed many players came and went. Today RS3 has much more to offer in many other options for fishing and other skilling, PVM, quests, etc, therefore we have grown to be a W22 Fishing Community that shares experiences in all types of skills. In-fact many members are maxed in all skills & PVM so if you are a new player seeking helpful friendship or an experienced member that wants to be around great people then this clan is for you.

W22 Fishing was once a very large clan, but as the founders have left the game the clan dwindled away. Some Old School players still exist but those of us left are growing this community again, so we are a small clan growing little by little as we gain new great people to skill & socialize with us.

All clan members are encouraged to invite their friends! The members with most recruits by December 1st will have a chance to win!


The following prizes will be awarded for the most recruits.

1st place:
10m

2nd place:
5m

3rd place:
2.5m


You will also receive
250k
for every recruit.



Rules:

1)
They must be real recruits and still active by TBD. (NO PAYING OR BRIBING PLAYERS TO JOIN)


2)
You must post your recruits name here on RS forum W22 Fishing Community within 1 week of recruiting! This helps us keep track. All posts must be completed by TBD.


3)
Clan must get to a minimum of 200 Clan Member count for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes by TBD.

Accept an invitation to join W22 Fishing

~Corporal

Given out to active clan mates by higher ranked clan members Admin or above based on activity in clan chat.
At least 1 month in Clan

~Sergeant

Given out to active clan mates by ranked clan members Admin or above based on participation in chat, helping out other clan mates by giving feedback and or asking for feedback.
At least 3 months in Clan

~Lieutenant

Given out to active clan mates by ranked clan members Admin or above based on participation in chat, helping out other clan mates by giving feedback and or asking for feedback.
At least 6 months in Clan

~Captain

Given out to active clan mates by ranked clan members Admin or above based on participation in chat, helping out other clan mates by giving feedback and or asking for feedback.
At least 9 months in Clan

~General

Players who are Clan Legends. They are highly respected players in the clan that helped shape who we are today. Former Owners & Leaders whom have retired their leadership positions.

~Administrator

Clan members who can demonstrate that they are responsible and request to be a leader monitoring the chat and upholding the clan’s rules.

Can be given out to specific clan members that demonstrate the highest of leadership abilities by the owners of clan.

Owner’s of clan in position to take over Grand Ownership if the current Grand Owner retires their position.
