As I recalled, the conversations regarding capping taking too much time originated here years ago. I did some research to make sure my memory is accurate. I was leading my clan, Rafiki, at the time discussions were being held on the topic on CLF. Rafiki was founded in June of 2013. I joined my current clan on 4 Sept 2016. Citadels were added to the game on 26 July 2011. Discord was founded in May of 2015. So. No, the topic wasn't discussed and resolved solely in CLD since Discord hadn't gone public yet when the capping issue was first brought up.

I personally prefer that updates are discussed through Discord. Discord is a great medium of information exchange, and it's a heck of a lot easier for Jmods like Shauny to communicate with players to figure out what exactly we want. The forums are a forum, Discord is a chatroom. Chatrooms are easier for people to have conversations in. Ideas that would have taken weeks to discuss on this forum can now be hammered out in an afternoon on Discord, and be better thought out and implemented that much sooner. Now for the part where I get blunt:

For months now, you have done nothing but relentless bash a server that has accomplished things in a few months, that this forum failed to do for years. You never once complained about about these types of things when you were a part of the server, it was only when you were removed that you began protesting and "fighting the system." This has nothing to do with the server - you're just trying to get back at the people who banned you from it. You're trying to hurt everyone to get back at 3 people.

If your beef with the Discord server is going to interfere with progress for clan updates, then I don't think you should be part of those discussions. You're trying to hurt everyone who is in a clan, because you dislike a small handful of people. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

I do prefer forum over Discord too as I like to read new things here and not on diffrent discord channels.

However not many people are still using the forums so it can be that information gets on the Discords first.

I think that the important stuff best is discussed on this forum section. And that important information from other social media also should get posted here.

Regarding the Flag a concern/CLF Moderation topic: i do hope a JMOD (probs Shauny) sometimes still looks on it. That a JMODnot has responded does not mean it hasn't been looked at right? Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

Yes I was not heavily against shutting the discord when I ran it, but I ran it as a place for clan leaders to network with other people, it changed approach after I stepped down I would like to mention that as you stated, I was removed.
Had it been the same aims as when I set it up, an unofficial location for clans to network then I would have no issue with the restriction of players but as it very much conducts discussions where content can and has been introduced in to the live game, I feel it should not lock out members. Furthermore the fact that it has taken CLD months to provide an official statement on the matter after I have been calling them out for hiding away is outstanding, now to point 2.

2. Yes I will not lie, I do very much despise You, Ray and Macka after your actions towards me. You seem to forget I was one of original people pushing the activist approach that caused Jagex Moderators to speak about clan updates on stream, If you feel the need to disprove that then I am sure I can get a previous twitch stream clip for your benefit. But again building on from my earlier statement, You, Macka, Ray, Jigzag whoever else is staff in clan leader discord does not have the authority to deny paying customers their feedback. If you feel clan leader discord is useful and should stay then the staff should make provisions to make a new type of system that does not involve removing a users access to read or register votes in the discord as you currently are doing. If you feel I am wrong then you can discuss it with me via PM but I feel I have made some strong and valid points today.

3. also I find it interesting how you aren't addressing the flow of information topic, such as the moment where I (a banned legacy leader from CLD) had to take content from the CLD relating to the clan cup to share with clan leader forum when I am pretty sure that was meant to be Macka's job.
