Before everyone jumps my case ultimately this forum should end.

1.) Flag A Concern Thread has not be responded to since July of 2017-over a year

2.) Moderation Escalation has not been responded to since January of 2018-almost a year

3.) Activity and posting of the forum is at the lowest I have seen since joining back in 2015 aside from the "Count To 50" thread.

4.) Nearly all discussion and activity is done on the CLD by Shauny and other clan leaders.

Forums are just an outdated way of communicating and internet discussion. Despite what people say RS3 is dying, as clan leaders you all have to notice that activity is low, recruiting is harder, and overall the effort quite isnt worth it.

Why spread the focus of Shauny thin (including maintenance of this forum) when we can give it up (like we should) and help him out as well?

Unfortunately its time for these forums to close. 2 years ago if I would of said this there would be three pages within the first 6 hours. Only 1 reply in 24 hours.....

despite starting it years ago, I do feel jagex should move off forums and even off CLD to their official discord, I created Clan Leader Discord at a time when Jagex had no intention of using them in an official capacity, as times have now changed and they are actively using them I feel clan discussion/feedback would be best being moved there. I also feel that is one reason they have not updated the forums cause they (Jagex) don't believe in them themselves fully. I disagree.

These forums offer things that the Discord lacks, and we would be losing a lot if these forums went away.

Instead of scrapping this forum, I think Shauny should be keeping up with Flag A Concern and Moderation Escalation. As the Clan Curator, he has a job and responsibility to monitor these threads for potential issues. This forum shouldn't be removed on the basis that he is not keeping up with the forum. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape
