Just because something isn't serving purpose at the moment, doesn't mean it never did or won't again in the future. It's not the "forums' fault", it's just the lack of live engagement. People are living their lives and have to deal with multitudes of various things. No game is the center, nor ever should be, of reality - whether people use them for escapism or just for fun, they're there for the times you need and want them. Obligation free. Dear J Mods,

Today, whilst speaking to an old friend who has recently recruited many new members to his old clan I began a conversation about how helpful the clan leaders forums were, not realising however until I looked for a quick find code for him to apply, that new applications haven't been processed for over a year. :(

Will they be revitalised at some point please?

This forum was a huge resource for me when I first became a clan leader, but I do appreciate that times change.

If I can help with it's resurrection into an active forum again, please let me know :)

NO GAME should EVER be using other people's services/social media to promote their own products other than advertising. It's seriously FKN stupid, both from a logistics standpoint and a business one.

It's like saying "we don't believe in our own products, so let's use Reddit, Youtube, and other platforms to host our content, which they at anytime in the future could remove, block or lose, exploit, etc at their whim". It's just IRRESPONSIBLE LAZINESS. Clan:

Oh geez, I have come here as I do one last explore of the forums before we lose them forever, and I come across this comment from almost 12 months ago which is almost identical in tone to every other comment that has been posted since the announcement two days ago.

I may have to quote this comment elsewhere as I find it rather amusing that the feelings players have now are not simply a reaction to the news.
