...it is worth remembering that Clans is only one of the areas that Mod Maz covers...

This is true, and definitely understandable. But my questions is this:

Given the proclaimed 'high priority' given to clans and the relatively heavy workload that comes with Maz's long list of clan to-do's, it seems it would be more responsible for Jagex to assign at least one whole person to clans and nothing else . At least until our big, necessary fixes are done.

Mod Maz is lovely and does an amazing job, but we need more than a fraction of a person's time to see any real progress with the substantial number of issues that our collective clan community has brought forth. We have been adding to her list much faster than she can work through it. So why is this not possible? Why is one person too much for us to ask for?

Obviously, we don't really get a say in how Jagex's "resources" are allocated. And I'm assuming that you don't either. It is clear in all of your forum posts that you care about our community and really want to help us. So where is the roadblock? What exactly is standing in the way? And lastly, is there anything at all that we can do to help support you in supporting us?

Although we all get frustrated and outlet sometimes, at heart I think we all know that venting is not helping either you or ourselves. I respect that Jagex limits the kinds of things you can tell us about what goes on behind the scenes at HQ, but I hope Jagex understand that, for many of us, not knowing is the hardest part.

Blessed be.

Amazingly written and I couldn't have said it better myself even if I tried!

Mio Dio! Very eloquent and very well spoken. Thank you for posting this. It truly sums up our disposition. Please let us know if we can do something. You have the full backing of our Senate who all await with eagerness what you have to say in response.

So, I'd just like to request an update on this, well, uhh, update. :P

This thread has been around for a while, and it would be nice to have a Jmod state where the project is. We're waiting expectantly, and I suspect it was rather planned to come out somewhere around clan month, or maybe at the end of the clan cup, but I can't quite see that happening.

Anyway, this clan month has been great, good work on this one Jagex. :)

Ooh, random sidenote that's nothing to do with this, the clan stats page still calculates average combat level on the 200 formula. That might need tweaking.

Generally helpful unless I've not had enough sleep or you logged out with the avatar again.

Our clan is excited about this plan, and hope to see some of the major items this year. Having said that, I'd rather have two mods working together, even if not full time on the clan projects... Why? Synergy of ideas, backup and continuity if one of the team leaves, shared skill set.
It is worrisome to have just one programmer assigned to clan projects. Please share our concerns with the big bosses.
