When Shauny was at Jagex he was shown this and was going to do a interface rework and then work from there on specific permissions.

With Mod Poerkie he asked clan leaders to input clan suggestions into a spreadsheet. I did put the clan permission re-write his response on it was "

Loads of work, it's also work that none of the work done ages ago shown on an image is viable anymore. but the clans can deffo do with an interface rework.

"

The Ninja team will be picking up some clan suggestions to work on, I can't see the entire permission re-work being completed but bits and pieces could be implemented and the rest being done over time.
