Also, British citizens (like me) who've lived abroad for more than 15 years get disenfranchised. Sad, but true - thanks to this rule, there was a period when I wasn't able to vote in any national/general elections anywhere, despite living in the 'democratic' European Union! (I'm okay now, I have dual nationality).

I dont know what IRL politics has to do with RuneScape but since we're talking about it, I can vote in two different countries. Got dual Citizenship.
