Agreed, but I've got some half-cappers now I'd like to entice to full capping, if possible.

The extra bonus xp as well as a citadel booster will more than likely help.

I hope they can be looked at.

The 3% buff for earning fealty will be a great incentive for some members who never gather resources now.

I have a question about the Avatar Control Stone and the Gather Resources option. Currently in my clan only admin & above can direct which resources to gather. Will there still be rank restrictions on who can use this option? I don't want management of resource gathering opened up to everyone's whim.

I've now added Skill Plot bonus back to the Avatar, I'm going to work on rank restrictions for summoning/accessing the Ava bonuses.

I just asked Moltare, it will still require admin rank and above to set the resources.

We have been waiting for a change to Avatars for a long time. We are excited to see this implemented.

I'm confused about the rank restrictions portion of your statement though. I thought all ranks would be able to access the Ava bonuses as long as they made it up to the citadel?

Haha. I totally want more dictation for Clan Owners over settings. It makes things more flexible for adjusting ranking and such to the way each clan operates. Clan:
