Thank you Mod Maz. Appreciate it when we get regular Jmod thoughts and updates, when possible of course.

A white-list would be a helpful feature for not only potential recruits, but friends and allies of the clan. This would really help with some clans and their guesting problems.

If we are going to the extent of a White-list, and the dev required for that, it would be nice not only to have a custom list (individuals) but the ability to allow allied clans (or a specific subset) onto your white list. Rather than having to add each individual in your allied clans to a list that may/probably-will have a limit.

This would also bring us more function to the allied clans feature.

This is a nice answer a portion of the obstacles; but I would still like to see a little more than just this to answer the rest (such as queuing members to automatically join when their cooldown is over.

It is definitely in demand, definitely! At least from what the forum's have indicated. A lot of work, but much appreciated work.. my clan will be much stronger with this, thank you.

Also, now's a good time to apologize for my often aggressive or excessive posting. It's just when your clan is the only reason you play, you don't always express yourself generously towards an update that greatly effects your clan.

A new work-around suggestion incase you find that the engine rework will not be possible (but please, this is a last resort):


Allow us to make it so that not everyone can see when we kick a guest. This is one of the biggest problems we have with guests. I don't mind kicking, I just don't like 5 messages in a 10 minute span in the cc of "This player was kicked" creating a doom and gloom atmosphere.

Would anyone else find this useful for their clan? Also, I would actually love this update even if the whitelist is possible. Thanks again for reading <3

Personally, I'm okay with the changes. It's just an adjustment, but any change would require that we adjust to it. I think the 7-day wait makes a lot more sense on the end that puts out the individual player (if it even bothers them) than the whole clan (who might be Citadel-focused and now has to sit on its hands and wait instead of getting the new recruit schooled, prepped, and situated into how the Citadel is run over the course of a tick).
