That data is business sensitive though and so cannot be shared beyond the company. Again, it is not the decision making part of the process but it is used to inform the discussions we might have internally.

With our current attitude towards the Development Team in terms of clans. I would say that the community is very unhealthy. Numbers don't show you everything.

Your statistics and data are wrong or being misread, i and many other clan leaders are telling you as experienced players in both the game and in running clans that the cool-down system that you in SECRET added to the game without any form of discussion with us isnt wanted by the majority and isnt any better for clan health that you seem to think and continue to claim without any evidence to show us.

1. the update was done without telling us first
2. the updates only defence is data that none of us are allowed to know about.
3. Darkscape was quick to get rid of it

So forgive me if i think youre not telling the truth about why its here.

Opinion

To join in the discussion, I will tell how I think about the Probation/Cooldown change.

At first I was not happy with this change, as it is harder to recruit nowadays.

Now I am more used to it and I also see the good points of the system whch are for me that people who want to join actually take more time thinking about joining and not join the first clan they encounter. So those who are intrested in joining a clan often guest around for a few days and then decide.

Also people do not think about leaving faster. We try to keep all clanmates happy and so we can change small things how we run in clans to keep our majority happen. So less clan hoppers!

A bad part is that people who be in an inactive clan can not join a another one right away after they might have returned to the game. It is possible that potentional new clannies find another clan they more like in there waiting period. But some clans did snipe pottentional recruits before too so...

To be honest I might still prefer the old system as it was easier to find new clannies and let them join but at the other part we also had more clan leavers back then.

Suggestion

As this is a suggestion thread I might give the suggestion to change how orts work! But I believe there are plans for that if I am correct? Since now u actually can not use a clan avatar for 8 days! Cause when u leave a clan u lose all ur orts! And only maximum 200 orts/day gives u a 7 day wait period + extra day for getting the orts as u could only get 200 orts first day. So I present 2 options I think of

Option 1: remove orts and allow to use clan avatar all the time ur in the clan. Easiest option I think.

Option 2: change orts from an item to something like 'tokens' and perhaps make them obtainable with gaining citadel resources. Like at the point u can claim bonus-xp from citadel, maybe reward like 1K orts and u still need 300/week.
