Our clan has a policy of NO asking for loans / items /begging in the cc.
As our clan has MANY new to rs and newly returned, we continually share tips related to security and scammers to our clanmates. Sadly, at the end of the day, I can't stop anyone from looking up clanmates on the clan list and PMing them, and it's not worth my time to ban someone who has no intent to ever enter my cc.
My clanmates have been educated about who is and isn't a leadership account. All we can do is educate, educate, educate. If the begging doesn't work, they will go away.
