After the jungle hint I rushed to East Karamja and Central Karamja spawns, expecting that it had just arrived there after a short tele due to the beyond detection hint from a previous spawn, but it wasn't there. After receiving the Feldip clue I went to Feldip Hills afterwards and saw it roaming west of the spawn there at 05:13:56.

So... I am highly suspicious there is a beyond detection hint somewhere around the deep in the jungle clue region that we don't know about. I know there was a Gielinor clue zone east of Herblore Habitat on water before the rework, but this does not seem possible any longer. The south kharidian desert clue seems to have likely been snapped to the western border of its northern counterpart. There is a water wall that sort of clips out - hard to explain using text, but if anyone is struggling to understand I can draw up a border to demonstrate what I mean. I also know for sure ghost can activate north Kharidian desert clue east and southeast of the shipyard on water, so that area is ruled out. I have been told the ghost hits a wall quite close to land west of Tai Bwo Wannai, so based on that it would seem unlikely a beyond detection hint exists down the west side (but I don't know for certain).

Possibly the beyond detection hint is activating at the very south end of Kharazi Jungle, likely on the water? Or... maybe something else quite extraordinary - the deep in the jungle clue could be activating far east of Rantz Cave (which would be just past the known beyond detection hint area there) on the water, and it came back to Feldip Hills?

It would've needed to have done this in approximately ~30 secs or so, but maybe there is something there. The deep in the jungle clue could be snapped to the west border of banana smugglers dwell hint? The only problem with this theory is that the beyond detection hint activates east of Hazelmere's Island on the water, which under that logic should be activating the jungle clue.

Another possibility that I was thinking of is if the ghost is on the water west of Karamja lodestone and just south of the Brimhaven dungeon entrance. It would seem like the ghost would hit a wall on the water there but I have never seen one go there before. Provided it can go south enough and dosen't hit a water wall too early, it would seem as though there is a good chance for a beyond detection hint here based on the borders.

Perhaps I'll watch some implings here to see what they can do in order to gauge the likelihood of whether ghost will hit a wall or not.

Those are the only two places I can think of realistically, south of Herblore Habitat/Kharazi Jungle on water and south of Brimhaven Dungeon entrance on water, apart from maybe a remote 3rd possibility of it activating a way east of Rantz Cave in Feldip Hills.

5) Followed a ghost over lower-middle Trollweiss Mountain range today. Gleaned an south border for the frozen wastes hint, and south of where it was activates a beyond detection hint. So, it seems fairly likely that the Trollheim/Troll Stronghold area does not have any specific clue assigned to it.

05:20 to 06:45: approx border between beyond detection and Fremenik hints in middle of Trollweiss
06:40: a frozen wastes clue just SW of Ice Path
08:05 to 09:35: the border between frozen wastes and beyond detection hints to the NW of Trollheim

The southern border for the frozen wastes clue is:

17 degrees, 13 minutes north (frozen wastes)
17 degrees, 11 minutes north (somewhere beyond detection)

It will be nigh impossible to confirm where exactly the northern border of the Imperial Guard train clue is, but after some running around between Piscatoris and the Wilderness, I notice there is a line running way across between those places right through Trollheim. This line may suggest the border could be at:

15 degrees, 13 minutes north (somewhere beyond detection)
15 degrees, 11 minutes north (where the Imperial Guard train)

It seems interesting how both the minutes from these coords and and the ones for the southern border of frozen wastes as above are basically the same, just exactly 2 degrees difference. Don't know if there is something behind that or is how it has been laid out by coincidence.

The south/north border between "where fishers colonise" and "where eagles fly" is also on these coords, which may add support to this speculated border.

I can also see the line in the most southern area of Trollheim, but only for a moment after I log in. The southernmost point a Trollheim penguin could go to is 15 degrees, 05 minutes north. That suggests that based on this speculated border, if a penguin were to ever be placed there (at a Troll Stronghold/Trollheim spawn), it would be capable of activating the Imperial Guard train hint.

In a way I was sort of hoping for a Trollheim clue to activate there, which would be like a little niche clue that only the ghost had the sole ability to activate - a clue area unique just for it in that sense. But it is what it is.

The only possible scenario I could see how there may still be a separate clue for the Trollheim area is if whichever Jmod that did it has been sloppy with the clue borders (similar to the long row of Gielinor hints between east kandarin and between fremenik and barbarians clue) and didn't extend it far north enough, but its a long shot and would be a remote possibility I would think.

Here are some clue ideas I had for a Trollheim penguin:

... around Trollheim.
... between where the Imperial Guard train and frozen tundra.
... near a plateau/stronghold surrounded by creatures named after what they first eat.
... near creatures named after what they first eat.
... near/around an assembly/plateau/pinnacle/stronghold of trolls.
... where the trolls reign supreme.
... where trolls overlook a plateau.
... where trolls/creatures quarrel over a prized herb. [N.B. - goutweed)
... near mountain trolls.
... near a plateau of cliffs surrounded by trolls.
... near a plateau surrounded by trolls.

More findings from the past day (plus an old-ish one I forgot to include in my previous post):

1) Eastern most point (in the area SE of Ice Path) found so far for the frozen wastes clue

Followed a ghost, which, to this date, has gone the furtherest east I have seen it gone so far (in the area SE of Ice Path), but not by a whole lot.

I was hoping it'd go over to the GWD entrance area so I could confirm the wastes clue activates there also, but alas, its quite an ask of the ghost for it to go to there from its Relleka spawn point on a ten minute spawn timer.

2) Clue regions south of Rimmington chemist on water

The ghost is activating a mixture of Port Sarim/Banana Smuggler hints towards the south of the Rimmington chemist. The banana smugglers dwell clue is activating quite close to the ground (the ghost activated the clue just about maybe 1 step southeast of where it is in the picture)

3) Beyond detection hints south of Herblore Habitat on water

Received a couple of beyond detection hints south of Herblore Habitat.



I tried timing the obtaining of the hints just at the right time (in the 2nd run) to narrow down the border and I believe it is likely:

08 degrees, 46 minutes south (deep in the jungle)
08 degrees, 48 minutes south (somewhere beyond detection)

On the assumption that the south border of the "... deep in the jungle" clue is the same all the way along, it would seem logical to assume the beyond detection hint stretches over to the very SW area of the Kharazi Jungle.

4) Western border of the northwestern Trollheim beyond detection hint

The ghost conveniently stopped just at a good moment to confirm the border for this one. I can't go over to the area it was in to check the coordinates of the specific tile it was on, but I did go around to the Troll Stronghold area near the herb patch and lined up with where it was in the video, and I'm certain that the border is:

11 degrees, 43 minutes east (between Fremenik and barbarians)
11 degrees 45 minutes east (somewhere beyond detection)

This border follows others in the area too. I'm virtually certain the west/east border between Fremenik and Frozen Wastes lies on the same coordinates too, but I am in the process of trying to confirm this.

5) Beyond detection hints west of Tai Bwo Wannai on water

It turns out the ghost does activate a beyond detection hint west of Tai Bwo Wannai on the water. The distinctive dark line near the water edge is likely where the west border of the "... deep in the jungle" clue is.

So, the odd series of hints I mentioned a few days ago about the beyond detection followed by a deep in the jungle clue likely came from one of the two places I have just mentioned above.

Haven't posted anything here recently, but here is some new content. Note that all pictures below are where the ghost was in the picture when the clue was received.

1) West border of "... in or around Falador"

The western border of the "... in or around Falador" hint is:

13 degrees, 43 minutes east (various other clues)
13 degrees, 45 minutes east (in or around Falador)

The ghost activated it whilst it was up against the water wall west of Nora T. Hagg's house south of Taverley:



2) Port Sarim clue continues to activate far west of Rimmington chemist building on water

From what I can tell, there appears to be a water wall that starts somewhere west of Melzar's Maze on water, or maybe north and a bit west-ish of it. The water wall ends again to the southwest of the maze as shown in the video further below.

It's impossible to say exactly where the ghost was once it went out of sight, but it kept activating Port Sarim clues whilst it was.

I wasn't able to sense any beyond detection hint zone once it had gone out of sight, and I did follow the ghost afterwards to try and confirm this further (which spawned at msp point) to see whether it would be a long spawn or not, but it stayed the usual ten minutes. There could very well be another water wall holding it to prevent it from going further west of the 13 degrees, 45 minutes east row.

With that, the west border of "... near Port Sarim" should be:

13 degrees, 43 minutes east (various other clues)
13 degrees, 45 minutes east (near Port Sarim)

This would also align with the west/east border between "mountain of wolves" and "town of druids", and also matches up with the two Gielinor rows west of the Taverley dungeon entrance. The same applies to the Falador hint as well.

3) Beyond detection hint south of Kharazi Jungle

As expected, the ghost continues to activate a beyond detection hint towards south of Kharazi Jungle on water. This ghost was a bit more west along the water (in the middle of Kharazi Jungle) than one of the previous runs, so have decided to post it here.

4) Beyond detection hint southeast of Herblore Habitat

Confirming that the beyond detection hint stretches over to southeast of the Habitat on water (the first clue run in this area I have previously mentioned didn't go as far east as this one, so just wanted to confirm). It is definitely possible to activate the south Kharidian desert clue just to the east of where it is in the picture below.

5) Beyond detection south of the docks beneath Needle Skips area

Followed a ghost that went south of Needle Skips quest house on water.




The southern border of the fishers colonise clue (towards the south of Needle Skips) seems to be something like...

14 degrees, 33 minutes north (where fishers colonise)
14 degrees, 31 minutes north (???)
14 degrees, 30 minutes north (leaning towards somewhere beyond detection, but ???)
14 degrees, 28 minutes north (somewhere beyond detection)

The video begins at the start of the spawn, but there's no need to watch all of it. The interesting parts are at:

06:00 - 06:20 (beginning of beyond detection hints)
07:00 to end of video (beyond detection hints towards south/southwest-ish of the docks south of Needle Skips)

6) Beyond detection hint east of Lletya

I have been watching out for ghosts recently in this area, to try and gauge the size of the Gielinor clue zone. The first two runs are focused on the area towards southeastern Lletya, whilst the 3rd run confirms the Gielinor rows exist up towards the northeast of the village too. I was on a bad angle to see approximately which tile it activated it on, but you can atleast gauge from the marker on the minimap where it is.

After reviewing the footage, there appears to be at least three Gielinor rows, possibly four. The east/west border of "near the pointy-eared ones" and "south of Ardougne" appears to be something like this:

02 degrees, 22 minutes west (near the pointy-eared ones)
02 degrees, 20 minutes west (somewhere in Gielinor)
02 degrees, 18 minutes west (somewhere in Gielinor)
02 degrees, 16 minutes west (somewhere in Gielinor)
02 degrees, 15 minutes west (somewhere in Gielinor/south of Ardougne?? -- can't tell for sure)
02 degrees, 13 minutes west (south of Ardougne)

I have been following the ghost in the Arandar Pass area on different occasions, but so far I haven't been able to get any beyond detection hints approximately on the rows where the Gielinor ones are towards eastern Lletya. From what I can tell, its just the west/east border of pointy-eared and south of Ardy that has it.

7) Pointy-eared ones clue activating south/west/southwest of Lletya, northeastern Poison Waste and around Longramble's Camp area

Had an interesting encounter with the ghost. Was hopping worlds and came across a pointy-eared ones clue, so I checked towards the south of Lletya and there it was - which is when I started recording.

Received a decent amount of coverage of the region (which was all pointy-eared) south of Lletya, southwest/west of Lletya, towards the northeast end of the Poison Waste and also around Longramble's Camp area.







It'll be interesting to see with a future ghost to gauge whether the southern border of the pointy-eared ones clue is snapped to the presumed northern border of the tainted swamp clue (and the small extra strip of the Feldip Hills hint tacked on too) or whether there will be a small strip of beyond detection towards the southern end of the Poison Waste lying between the tainted swamp and pointy-eared clue clues.

The southern most point the pointy-eared ones clue activated at was 01 degrees, 43 minutes south. 03 degrees, 43 minutes west (near Longramble's Camp area)
