Secret,
I apologize for my previous actions... What I typed yesterday were words of anger. After reading a few posts of what you said, it just P'd me off... I never took the chance to read your last few posts, so I had no clue of what you said.
Back on page 4, I thought you didn't understand what we our theory was, so that's why I kept trying to explain it. I had simply mis-interpreted what you meant, which in turn made you think I was simply denying any of your theories that I had not read yet about.
I had no intentions of sounding condescending (not sure on the grammar right there O_o ). I just never got a chance to comment on the theories you and your peers have been doing, which in turn made you think that I was oblivious to any other theory options.
I have read, and am taking the options "under advisement". Right now I'm not convinced which theory is correct, if either. Though, I will admit I am leaning more towards Eli's theory, simply because it makes more sense to me ATM, with the limited data I have personally witnessed. I have little/fundamental knowledge on what other possibilities are, but I know that my interest is peaked, and would like to do some further research.
If you don't mind, I'm thinking of finding a penguin such as the digsite penguin on a non-W60 world, reset it so we have its starting point, then "herd" it to WWM and beyond, all the time reading its clues.
I would hope to have some interested players from all groups (Team Peng, Riods, & your peers) working together to solve this. This is going to be a mammoth task that will possibly take an entire day. From my experiences, it takes several hours to just get a penguin from Mort Myre -> Slayer tower or Feldip -> Yanille wall O_o
Tell me what ya' think ;)

Experiments on w 138
The goal for this clue testing was to get 50 clues in one world and then change to another world and get 50 clues and repeat this in 4 different worlds on different time zones.
Well, it didn't quite go like I planned. The distractive power of penguins was too gerat :)
The result from first world was three confirmed clue/area relations, prove of clue changing when crossing a clue border, and surpricingly prove of the clue area of Phort Phasmatys being slightly larger that the town it self.

I started propably 19.50 gmt. Third clue was "near Port Sarim". I just couldn't resist it and by 20.00 gmt I found a rock penguin on Rimmington cabbage/onion field.
I continued asking clues from Larry and blocking escape ways from the field. 5 clues later he gave me "near mountain of wolves". Teled to Catherby and right there on the docks was a bush penguin (20.09 gtm).
While blocking its way from the dock I continued to ask clues to get 50 as I had planned to get. At some point I asked from Moon if she was interested, and as always she was ready to help. She went searching to find the penguin I had left maybe 10 minutes earlier to the cabbage field.
23rd clue was "kingdom of Asgarnia". I informed Moon and she headed towards Falador. Rock penguin was found from the farm 20.28 gmt.

I reached 50 clues and result was: 6 x "southern desert", 8 x "ghost town", 1 x "near Port Sarim", 8 x "deep jungle", 8 x "Misthalin", 5 * "Wilderness", 5 * "mountain of wolves", 4 x "crescend island", 5 * "Asgarnia"
-- only 1 "Port Sarim" at the beginnign, and not once "bloodsuckers"!!!
Conclusions:
- Penguin on Rimmington cabbage field activated "Port Sarim" clue. When it moved to Fally farm it crossed a clue border and activasted "Asgarnia" clue.
- Penguin on Catherby docks activated "near some wolves" clue.
We continued clue testing with Moon. To find out wether the rock penguin on Fally farm was Ice Mountain or not Moon resetted it and found it near Oracle.

I wanted to get confirmation of the clue from Castle Wars and resetted the bush there. While waiting for teleing I got 10 more clues.
Because the "bloodsuckers" clue was totally missing from the 50 first clues I figured the penguin roaming in Morytania was very close to Port Phasmatys. After all, penguin just outside Gnome Stronghold activated "big tree and sort ppl" clue.
Moon went to search Mort Myre penguin and started from Port Phasmatys. Meanwhile I watched over the CW penguin in front of Castle Wars and asked for more clues.
At 20.56 gmt Moon found Mort Myre just northwest form the lake next to Port Phasmatys and came soon to help me.
69th clue was "south of Ardougne".
Because Larry continued to give "ghost town" clue, we both went there. Moon found penguin again near the wooden bridge by west wall of Port Phasmatys. We lost it for a while but it was found again near the fairy ring.
At 21.20 I got "bloodsuckers" clue - 82th of all - and Moon told me its location was northeast of fairy ring south of the farm.
From that on we followed Mort Myre penguin, I took clues and didn't get a new "bloodsuckers" till total amount of clues was 115 and time 21.50. At that point we left Mort Myre on west side of Fenkenstrain's Castle.

Clues from 51 till 60 while CW was still in Catherby: 1 x "Wilderness", 1 x "ghost town", 2 x "bloodsuckers", 1 x "deep jungle", 2 x "southern desert", 2 x "Misthalin" and 1 x "Asgarnia".
Clues from 61 till 115: 8 x "Misthalin", 11 x "ghost town", 7 x "Asgarnia", 4 x "southern desert", 7 x "crescend island", 4 x "Wilderness", 6 * "south of Ardougne", 2 x "bloodsuckers" and 6 x "deep jungle".
Conclusions:
--When CW penguin was in front of Castle Wars it activated "south of Ardougne" clue instead of former "near mountain of wolves" clue.
--20 x "ghost town" / 4 x "bloodsuckers" - this is partly because of Phort Phasmatys barrel but also because Mort Myre was wanderin just outside Port Phasmatys walls and activating clue "ghost town".

Wow Eli, some great detective work and sound experimentation. It is certainly adding to the mountain of knowledge.
I am interested in your question about the clue for the Rag and Bone man. If ever there was a week to test it, it is now with the Digsite rock. Diggy is usually the only one who wanders up there. I assume you are wondering if it is an area that falls under the "Kingdom of Misthalin" or if under the "Where Bloodsuckers Rule" clues. Or do you think it has a separate one?
I am also racking my brain and flipping through notes to remember what the clue for the Barbarian outpost was! We must know it and can't believe we've forgotten it. If it helps, Barbie showed up in v8, v12 and v17. It's been awhile so maybe we will see her again soon. ;)

Canada,
yes it is time for Rag and Bone man or Paterdomus now, and I already had a chanse to try it.
But I was trapping and later securing an trap, and loads of players spying, so I didn't get a chanse to take very many clues.
All I got was Misthalin, nothing special for Rag and Bone man. But I'm not giving up yet. Just need to make more cosmics, lol. Used up yesterday nearly all I had :)

Some interesting notes on music and borders.
Today's been a walking day for me. I have checked how and where the music changes, and I have found borders where it changes in the middle of a song every time you cross the border. The sound is a bit slower but the name changes in your music interface immediately.
Draynor Village was my starting point and I headed west. Music changes 2 squares east of the stone fence bordering Draynor village.
-- That is the border I have sketched to run between the Misthalin and the Asgarian clue areas.
I didnt follow it north yet but towards south, and the music changes again. The northern border of the Port Sarim music area runs 5 squares north from pub's wall, 2 squares north from Betty's house and 1 square north from the house with water sign.
I started to follow that border west, stepping over it and back all the time. Only 4 squares west from Betty's the music changes if you are on the Port Sarim side of the border, but not on the north side of it. I continued west and the line where the Port Sarim music border was reaches Rimmington cabbage field just 1 square north of it.
-- All the spottings of penguins activating the Port Sarim clue has been south of that line.
The music on north side of that line continues unchanging untill 1 square north from Doric's hut changing to Goblin village. A bit west from village it chaged back again, and was same untill 1 square south from Wilderness ditch.
-- This is the most interesting found, after all just week before this we had some Wilderness clues without a Wildy penguin, and at those times Goblin Village penguin had been next to the ditch.
I run along the ditch all the way from west to east, jumping over it to check if the music was same on the wildy's side - and it was. On the whole way the music boreder run straight between same squares, also on the north side of Black Knights' Fortress where the ditch is farther in north.
