During respawn co-ordinates testing I cofnirmed also that the clue for Mudskipper Point still is "deep in the jungle"

Also tested the clues inside Port Phasmatys and it still seems there is only one clue - "where bloodsuckers rule" :(

Four roamer penguins, 3 from west and 1 eastern.

Western penguins Feldip, Piscatoris and Witchaven may get stuck in any of the western self traps, Feldip being the one most likely found in Oo'glog boulder trap.
Mudskipper is commonly found from Fally Castle birdge trap, and also from East of Draynor Manor trap.

From the closed area penguins Elf peng (near some pointy-eared ones) hides any roamer by mountain side far south of Eagles Peak. East Karamja (deep in the jungle) is hiding Mudskipper at its respawn, or any other roamer on Mudskipper Point and Lumby can hide roamers all around Mistlhalin clue are, but also has a chanse to hide roamers on Asgarnian clue area and on Port Sarim clue area. Bascally almost all of eastern area is hidden under umbrella clues.

i have an elite scan clue scroll that requires you to dig in the wild volcano, however since the new wild updated grathics you can not get it,,, there is a giant sword in the way can this be fixed please, i do 3 clues a day and now i cant do any please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry I can't help you with elite clues or with any treasure trail questions. This thread is for clues or hints Larry and Chuck give for penguin locations.
Just as a general advice, if you notice something with graphics you think doesn't work right way you can report it as a bug. That is most likely the best way to get attention to your problem.
I hope this gets fixed and you can do treasure trails again.

Two roamers this week, Cw bush and Witchaven. Both start from west, but Witchaven as more northern is propably more likely to be found in Seers area traps (anvil and churchyard - somehwere in the kingdom of Kandarin, Catherby docks - near a mountain of wolves, Keep Le Faye - near coast west of Ardougne).

If either of them would head to north and northwest, there will be two closed area penguins with umbrella clues hiding a roamer. All clues Gnome Stronghold penguin can activate may also hide a roamer (from east to west = somehwere in the kingdom of Kandarin, around Ardougne, north of Ardougne and near a big tree surrounded by small people). To add to this Elf penguins acitave an umbrella for area by mountain side west from Arandar gates (near some pointy-eared ones).
Basically any clues for area from Ardougne to the west of Gnome Stronghold, and up to Fremennik lands may be activated by Gnome Stronghold penguin and Efl penguins.

In east Wilderness penguin hides a roamer on square by the wall on its lenght (in the Wilderness). Also both Karamja penguins may hide a roamer on coast south of Rimmington (where banana smugglers dwell) and on Mudskipper point (deep in the jungle), and Mort Myre penguin may hide a roamer at Temple of Paterdomus and by the river Elid east of Digsite (where blood suckers rule).

Week of 4 roamers, a rock and a bush in both west and east. Only difference is that western rock is a 2 pointer.
From the western penguins Cw, behing most southern, will be most likely the one found in Oo'glog boulder trap (near some ogers) and northern Barbarian Outpost will most likely choose one of the Seers area traps (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin; near a mountain of wolves; near coast, west of Ardougne).
Eastern Mudskipper is very likely to be found either from trap by bridge to Falador castle (in the kingdom of Asgarnia) or from East of Draynor Manor area (in the kingdom of Misthalin).
White Wolf Mountain peng may take any route and occupy as well eastern traps and western Seers area traps.

This weeks umbrella clues are "near some pointy-eared ones" by Elf peng, "where bloodsuckers rule" by Can*isi peng and "between Fremennik and barbarians" by Lighthouse peng. In practise, only larger area where roamers could be hidden is Rellakka and other parts of Fremennik Provence.
It is possible but with smaller chanses that a roamer will hit the mountain west of Arandar gates or Temple of Paterdomus or river east of Digsite while clues are asked. In any case they will most likely get fast out from the shadows of umbrella clues.
