Clue analysis of the week - v83 on Penguin Locations thread is updated on post 2.5
..........
Week of only two roamers and both western. Most likely later on the week they may be found in Oo'glog boulder trap (near some Ogres) or in Seers anvil (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin). Also Keep Le Faye special (near coast, west of Ardougne) and Catherby dock (near the mountain of wolves) can be possible traps to find them.
If either roams north to Fremennik area, the clue for Lighthouse (between Fremennik and barbarians) will also point to roamer penguin.
From the 8 closed area penguins also Sawmill, Sophanem and Wilderness activate clues that can point to possible other penguins.
Mage Training Arena penguin will activate "in the southern desert" -clue like Sophanem if it is inside Shantay Pass. If either of the western roamers goes over White Wolf Mountain and east to Misthalin, they activate "in the kingdom of Misthalin" -clue and possibly also "in the Wilderness" -clue depending on their roaming routes.
Other possible confusing clue possibilities
-- "where bloodsuckers rule" may be activated when a penguin is at Temple of Paterdomus up to 5 squares west from the stairs and at the beacon there
-- "near a big tree surrounded by short people" may be activated when a penguin is south of Eagles Peak, southwest of Gnome Stronghold and on the most western squares just outside east fence of Stronghold
-- "somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin" may also be activated on the east, northeast and southeast of Falconry

Clue analysis of the week - v84 on Penguin Locations thread is updated on post 2.5
..........
This week brings us 4 roamers, 3 western ones and 1 eastern. There are also 3 rocks: Feldip, Jiggig and Burthorpe. North Ardy is a bush.
Both Feldip and Jiggig have a possiblity to stay on their respawn clue areas and end up in Oo'glog boulder trap (near some ogres). If they start to roam north next traps to catch them would be Keep Le Faye (near coast, west of Ardougne), Seers churchyard special or Seers Anvil (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin) and Catherby dock (near a mountain of wolves).
North Ardy has equal possiblilities to head north to Piscatoris area and west to Ardougne area. The trap where it most likely will be found is Seers Anvil or Seers churchyard.
If Burthorpe starts it roaming to east it will propably stay roaming for long. Only trap to catch it is the East of Draynor Manor special (in the kingdom of Misthalin). If Burthorpe chooses west and goes over White Wolf Mountain it can end up in Catherby dock, Seers Anvil and churchyard, Keep Le Faye and possibly but not very likely also in Oo'glog special.
Feldip, Jiggig and North Ardy can ofcourse also cross White Wolf Mountain and be roaming on Asgarnian and Misthalin areas, but as there are many traps to catch them on the way, I don't think this will be very likely.
Somewhere in RuneScape -clue is back -- atleats for now
On world 60 all roamer penguins are known:
- CW in Yanille south wall -> south of Ardougne
- Fedlip north of Oo'glog -> near some ogres
- North Ardy around 3 lakes -> north of Ardougne
- Burthorpe in Burth castle -> where Imperial Guard train
Wildy respawning in Lava Maze is in Lava Maze
Wildy respawning ne of Stealing Creation is in Daemonhaim - the new dungeoneering area
I have got normal Wildy clue - in the Wilderness
And I have got also the "Somewhere in RuneScape" clue!!!!
Other clues for closed area penguins are
- deep in the jungle
- in the northern desert
- near the pointy-eared ones
- where bloodsuckers rule
If Al Kharid penguin or Mage Training Arena penguin roams on the dock behind Al Kharid bank where you take the boat to Daemonhaim it should activate
"in the kingdom of Misthalin" -clue

This week is not very spectacular when thinking of roamers. There are just two of them, one western and one from the middle: Port Khazard barrel (south of Ardougne) and White Wolf Mountain rock (near the mountain of wolves).
Both have a possibility to get self trapped in Seers anvil (in the kingdom of Kandarin), on Catherby dock (near a mountain of Wolves) and at Keep Le Faye (near a coast, west of Ardougne).
If Port Khazard starts to roam south the only self trap is Oo'glog boulder special (near some ogres). It is not so likely for WWM to get in that trap as there are 3 above mentioned self traps on or near its route south.
White Wolf Mountain has equal chanses to go west or east. If it chooses east, the possible self trap to find it is east of Draynor Manor special (in the kingdom of Misthalin). It is not so likely for Port Khazard to get in that trap as there are 3 above mentioned self traps on or near its route east.
This weeks speciality is the return of "somewhere in RuneScape" -clue.
This clue was formerly used when a penguin was on an area withouth any music (Phoenix lair addition on northwest of Piscatoris hunter area, and possibly some odd squares scattered on RuneScape map). It has also been given by Chuck, when a penguin has been in prosess of respawning (dissapeared but not yet reappeared).
There is a path to do dungeneering from Wildy wich can be used by Wildy penguins.
Wether intentional or not a penguin on the now accessible Daemonhaim area activates "somewhere in RuneScape" -clue.
New clue border is reality - atleast for now.

A week of 4 roamers, all bushes, and 4 closed area penguins with two possible clues.
Of the roamers 3 are western and 1 eastern. Any of them may roam anywhere on open areas but Felip Hills is the most likely to stay on its respawn clue area and get trapped in Oo'glog boulder special (near some ogres).
Eagles Peak and Gnome Maze possibly stay some time on their respawn clue areas (where eagles fly, south of Ardougne). After crossing clue borders they may end up south, north or east as likely. The traps to look for them later on the week are Seers Anvil and Seers churchyard (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin), Keep Le Faye special (near coast, west of Ardougne) and Catherby dock (near a mountain of wolves).
If Seers is empty but the clue indicates Kandarin, one spot to check is north of Baxtorian Waterfalls house, where penguin may be looping for quite some time between the bridge and fences on west and east.
Goblin Village, being an easterner, has a good possiblitity to activate Wilderness clue (in the Wilderness) if it roams by the Wildy ditch or takes a peak behind Black Knights Fortress. Only trap in east where it can get stuck is the East of Draynor Manor special (in the kingdom of Misthalin).
Clues may also help with finding closed area penguins this week although for Desert, Mort Myre and Lumbridge penguins the second possible clue is for very small area compared to the whole possible roaming area.
For Musa Point though the roaming area is divided in north and south parts with clues (where banana smugglers dwell / deep in the jungle).
Hi Eli, I just got the clue
"located near the mud skippers"
on w24, and it doesn't seem to be on your list
I guess they might have made a new clue for dung area too, but we'll have to wait to check that one.
The 4 roamers locations at this time
bush#1 -- Seers Anvil
bush#2 -- Ogres clue
bush#3 -- East of Draynor manor
bush#4 -- Found roaming West of Port Sarim
The Port Sarim clue is confirmed to still exist.

Wow, thanks Powotae. This is very interesting and exiting news
I must remember this for next Mudskipper penguin and test it to find the clue border. Did you happent to check the music?
I suppose this clue is either new, as I don't recall anyone telling this before over the past year and a half, or it could be for a small and thus not likely area for penguin to stay long.
How long did it take from getting this clue to find penguin near Port Sarim?

I teled straight to lummy and ran from there, pretty much found the penguin straight away.
We have just checked the clue when the penguin is in the section South of the trapdoor near the point. We get the Port Sarim clue still.

w 24 penguin been on Mudskipper point and I have cast about 150 contact npc spells.
I haven't got one single Port Sarim -clue nor near the mudskippers - clue!
Instead I have got lots of deep in the jungle - clue, more than normally for 1 penguin would actiavte, and more than other penguins on their clue areas.
There is a music border on the north end of the neck of Mudskipper Point peninsula. Looking from map it seems to run at same latitude as the music and clue border between bananasmuggler -clue and deep in the jungle -clue.
Could Mudskipper point be part of the deep in the jungle -clue area?
It is possible in that aspect that every time there is a Mudskipper penguin there is also either Central Karamja or Eastern Karamja penguin. Asking clues at reset would not alarm as Port Sarim -clue would be actiaved soon as Mudskipper gets out of Mudskipper Point.
