Skimmed a bit the thread of obsolete (or otherwise included suggestions):

- Increase Romily Weaklax's monetary reward for baking him pies, with a rare chance of receiving a sous chef's toque add-on, as well as giving a small percentage of additional Cooking xp.

The add-on was meanwhile also included in gnome restaurant deliveries, so it could either be an alternative source for the whole set or just focused on other rewards. Albeit I still think it would be better to hand out fresh level dependent cooking supplies rather than money directly.

- Allow the ability sign of porter charges to be consolidated using additional energy, e.g. 10 pale energy for tier 1 porters, 20 for tier 2 etc.

That functionality is literally covered by grace of the elves now.

- Add a notice somewhere which Dungeoneering potions boost which stats, e.g. to the Herblore skill guide or Smuggler dialogue.

The potions got mouseover tooltips added a while ago.

- Remove the Lumbridge tree patch back to the crater.

I don't really think it has enough space in the crater, does it disturb you so much in its current location?

- Add a shortcut to the shore via the platform north of the DLR fairy ring for easier mushroom access.

Probably unneeded now due to the quiver teleport to the patch.

- Make penance armour work correctly with EoC, see Aquamancer's post here.

Thread is gone, not sure what it actually was about.

- Add synchronised log storage boxes to all unlocked hot air balloon locations.

Implemented with that charge system

- Remove the bank chest in the Lumbridge crater.

It's there since sometimes JMod events are hosted in the crater, so players would be able to do something.

- Make Roddeck's cellar accessible again, or add Sir Vant to Falador for everyone.

Seemingly the cellar isn't accessible for anybody nowadays, it's not bound to whatever tutorial one might have done.

Thanks, fixed most!

(I like the tree patch since the crater is otherwise quite bland; I can't find the balloon suggestion anymore, maybe I had already removed it; I don't see how JMod events are relevant; yeah the BoL update removed the cellar :( - I think it should be accessible again)

Perhaps you're half right; perhaps we can't win. But we can fight.

Another round of feedback and skimming - cape edition:

"- Revert the reefwalker's cape's stats."

Considering it has become the best defensive cape after the comp rework it might be worth rather reviewing its offensive capabilities instead to make it more appealing to be used by tanks (so they wouldn't lose out on too much of damage for those additional defensive stats): +22 for the regular and +24 for the superior variant shouldn't be too shabby (that would be 9 points on a single style for using kiln instead and 7 for all styles when using max instead - using post buff values for this since both are supposed to be buffed). This way they would be slightly better than a plain skillcape, but still be worse than the max cape, which for now is supposed to be the best general purpose hybrid cape.

It might also be worth regarding the degradation behaviour to be changed from what other port equipment does. Allow regular variants to be repaired with koi scales, while the superior one wouldn't degrade at all. It is the only degrading cape in the game, making it an item unwanted for most players.

Generally if the existing capes are clearly classified as tank (reefwalker), damage (kiln for single styles) and general purpose (most capes, but especially max) it is easier to go on reward paths. No matter what the stats are, they should never be entirely useless for damage dealing since then their specialized stats might not be considered worthwile for their role. That also would include prayer capes.

New suggestions:

- Allow players who both have bought the ice strykewyrm slaying technique as well as obtained an enhanced fire cape to permanently learn the fire cape effect. This could either be a direct unlock or a new slayer point reward which has both as pre-requisites.
- Buff master capes to +24 all styles. They need more effort than regular skill capes so they should grant a tad bit more of stats. This also would affect master capes for virtual skills.

Obligatory "Buff Book of Death"

It costs roughly 250K per activation if you spend Reaper Points on Death Notes to recharge it rather than spending those points on a Hydrix. Other than that it has the stats of a regular God Book while being one of the hardest to obtain pocket items in the game.

On reddit the RS mod said they'd change it after release but never did.

Buff suggestion:

-Increase all combat stats and prayer bonus significantly, but reverts to God Book stats when fully degraded.

-Remove 0.2% charge lost per activation.

Instead have the insta-kill occur on an Aftershock basis, where 4% of damage you deal and take is stored. If the stored damage exceeds your current targets HP they're above 80% of their maximum HP, it guarantee insta-kills them. Against bosses it simply does 5K damage whenever 5K damage is stored. This gives it a rough +4% damage bonus and 4% reflect, making it a mix of Elements/Cruelty Scrimshaw and Reflecting Blood Essence.

People are still disappointed by the Player Owned Ports armor set effect, as it has a 1/3125 on kill of granting a Ports Resource, which is less than the cost to repair it. Add something that makes the set worth using.

Gemstone Armor is rarely used as its outclassed by T75 Saradomin/Zamorak Warpriest in terms of defense. It's passive ability costs a lot to use. Have it increased to T85 or allow bolt tips to be used for charges.

Add Vilebloom seeds to Seedicide, as they give farm xp for planting and allows auto-collecting. Still think the seeds need a higher benefit for planting rather than extra XP like better drops.

Other than that I think all my other concerns were mentioned. I was going to dump a list of "buff these monsters" but I found them in the OP.

Just remembered a few things...

Allow combat with keepsaked parasols and umbrellas:

Pogosticks weren't very popular at first because you couldn't keepsake them as 2H overrides, but after an update you could keepsake Pogos and use them as a 2H which made them more common for keepsaking.

Umbrellas and parasols would be more popular as rare items if you could keepsake them, keeping their walk animation, then in combat they're closed and used as a 1H melee weapon override like a rapier.

Defender effect scaling:

Currently defenders all have the same passive effects regardless of tier making higher-tiers less significant. All of them have a 1/15 chance of 50%-100% damage reduction. They also won't receive any additional effects with Weapon Diversity unlike other weapons.

Suggested adjustments:

-Defenders damage reduction effect is now based on tier, like between (tier - 10)% and (tier + 10)% rather than always 50%-100%. The average damage reduction would be approx. 2/3rd that of a shield.

-Add a +20% damage bonus on deflect alongside the +20% accuracy, making it more like a counterattack and brings its average DPS up by roughly ~1.4% (1/15 chance of 20% increase). This keeps it in line with other off-hand weapons that are being buffed through weapon diversity.

Small tidbits:

-Increase poison damage of hard mode Kril. I just noticed the damage is like half of normal Kril which no makes no sense given its hard mode.

-Allow Electrified Traps to be merged by charges remaining, much like Dominion Gloves.

-Allow use of Wicked Pouch in the inventory and toggle-able. Requiring the quiver slot doesn't work well for Crossbow/Bow users who use non-combat spells.

-Update Locators to include rocks added in the Mining/Smithing rework.

-Fix Prism of Restoration not healing familiars.

-Add Stone Spirits to currency pouch

Updated my ectofuntus suggestion once more:

- Allow it to work with experience boosting items and bonus experience
It is intended to be a slower, but more cost-efficient alternative to gilded altars, but due to it not working with bxp it fails even to be that.
- Change grinding bones to a behaviour comparable to creating robust glass: Wait a couple of seconds and have the full inventory at once converted. Since this will make a reward of the morytania tasks redundant, Robin will instead hand out 28/56/112 noted buckets of slime daily.
- Unlock a bank chest on the ground floor after having completed the hard morytania tasks.
- Award sometimes ghostly essence while worshipping the ectofuntus. It's more common with higher levelled ashes and bones.
- Sell the ectoplasmator, the herb burner and the cremation ability for 2000 ecto-tokens each and the ghost hunter outfit for 1000 tokens per piece. Allow the ghost hunter outfit to be reclaimed from diango for a level adequate fee. All items can still alternatively obtained as a rare drop from spiritual creatures.
- Consider selling ghostly outfit pieces from the 2014 and 2017 TH promotions as well. Prices are oriented on the original ghostweave costs and will cost 600, 1000 or 1500 tokens per piece depending on the set.
- Owning the ectoplasmator, herb burner and cremation will be a completionist requirement, owning all outfits a trimmed completionist requirement.
- Make ecto-tokens more useful for players that already own all one-time rewards: Allow players to exchange 200, 390, 760 or 1490 tokens for bxp equivalent to a small, medium, large or huge prayer star respectively.
