It is intended to be a slower, but more cost-efficient alternative to gilded altars, but due to it not working with bxp it fails even to be that
- Make ecto-tokens more useful for players that already own the First Age outfit: Allow players to exchange 200, 390, 760 or 1490 tokens for bxp equivalent to a small, medium, large or huge prayer star respectively.
Also something general: Allow level dependent (b)xp sources scale up to level 120 instead of 98. Virtual levels are not affected

Bonus stuff affecting the Ectofuntus is definitely not going to happen; it's always been deliberately excluded and even when Jigglex added Summoning to bonus xp weekends, the Ectofuntus was unaffected. Thing is that it already gives 400% xp, add to that bonus xp or brawling gloves and you get well in the 800%'s, which is ridiculously high. It's already been made much faster by removing the need for pots and buckets (even though that makes no sense).
Just for commentary: I do really wonder why all this stuff is working with a gilded (or chaos) altar, which doesn't offer that less base experience (3.5 instead of 4x) - searing ashes would be 700 on the altar without bxp and 800 on the funtus in every case, only that the altar experience is going to skyrocket the second auras, brawlers, 1st age and bxp come into play - and still can be signifcantly faster gained due to shorter ways and no slime collecting (and bone grinding when using bones instead of ashes) needed.
I do not see the issue in the altar being faster (it always was and should be), but I see an issue in the funtus being entirely useless (unless ecto-tokens are needed) due to sticking to an outdated paradigm (bxp just was concept that only came into the game 7 years later - the weekend doesn't work on altars either afaik unlike other sources of bxp). I wonder anyway though why experience multipliers do not stack additively instead of multiplicatively in order to prevent those issues.
Worst Case would be: 1 (Base Experience) + 3 (Ectofuntus) + 0.5 (Brawlers) + 1 (bxp) + 0.06 (First Age) + 0.05 (Perfect Juju) + 0.06 (Close Range Avatar) + 0.025 (Supreme Prayer / Wisdom) = x5.695 (or 6.695 on a bxp-we)

Oh, I was not aware that all those bonuses do work for gilded altars. In that case, I agree it makes little sense to exclude the Ectofuntus. And yes, the bonuses should stack additively to prevent huge explosions of overpowered xp, but then again, mtx exists.

I think it is quite useful in terms of the slayer soul collection: Maybe thinking a step further - why not unify all four strykewyrm tasks into one? And as of the wyrm - I guess they
all
(also the ice and desert variants) could be attackable at any time, the mechanic was used in the past to prevent having them overfarmed, but as you can still only attack one at a time this certainly should no longer be an issue (especially when you could choose the type of wyrm for your task). The wyrms offer neither great experience rates (albeit the ice ones are good tasks), nor valuable drops - so there should be no reason to kill them off-task except for the soul and this is the point why they should get rid of that outdated mechanic
